• Site inspection and measurement

• Space planning and furniture layout

• Consultation and coordination with engineers and architects

• Preparation of working drawings (plans, elevations, sections and details)

 

Phase 2: Detailing, Selection and Sourcing 

• Custom millwork design and detailed drawings

• Selection and sourcing:

  • Materials and Finishes

  • Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)

• Prepare final detailed cost estimates and preliminary project schedule (to liaise with other project consultants and builders)

 

Phase 3: Project Construction Coordination 

• Periodic project site visits and inspections

• Coordination meetings with other project consultants and builders
